Adult Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a dynamic martial art that emphasizes grappling and ground fighting techniques. Unlike other martial arts that rely heavily on strikes, BJJ focuses on leverage and technique, making it accessible to individuals of all ages and physical conditions. In a typical class you can expect a warm-up, followed by technique drills and end with sparring sessions known as "rolling". In these classes, the traditional Gi is worn.

Gi's are available for loan at New Union during your Free Trial, and can later be purchased with the start of your membership.

Women's

Women's Jiu Jitsu classes are designed to create a supportive and safe environment where women can learn and practice techniques such as escapes, submissions, and positional control. Beyond self-defense, Women's Jiu Jitsu fosters a sense of community and camaraderie, encouraging personal growth and mental fortitude, providing a comprehensive and empowering experience.

Offering Women's classes in the traditional Gi, No-Gi and Conditioning. Gi's are available for loan at New Union during your Free Trial, and can later be purchased with the start of your membership.

Kids

Kids Jiu Jitsu is offered for Children ages 4-9 and is a fun and engaging way for young children to develop physical fitness, coordination, and confidence. Through playful drills and games, children learn fundamental Jiu Jitsu techniques such as escapes and positional control, all while building important life skills like discipline, respect, and teamwork. 

Offering Kids classes in the traditional Gi and No- Gi. Gi's are available for loan at New Union during your Free Trial, and can later be purchased with the start of your membership.

Teen

Jiu Jitsu for teens ages 10-15 offers a unique blend of physical and mental development during a pivotal stage of adolescence. No-Gi
